Where in the world is that? Well, mate, it's a part of London called Sunbury on Thames, the site of our newest client, Indian Zest. We were so impressed with this elegantly new restaurant's crisp, refined design that we had to share some pictures from their beautiful establishment. To our new friends at Indian Zest, welcome.

indianzestA sincere welcome to ALL of the new restaurants joining our fold, including the StarMark Hospitality Group in Fargo, North Dakota and Buster's Beach House in Long Beach, California. We look forward to featuring you in upcoming NewsMail editions.

This month we expand our Marketing Tips section with full articles available on our website. And by popular demand, we have included links to some choice recent emails from our clients to help share ideas and stimulate creative thinking about promotions.

March Marketing Tip

Lunch Sales + Office Park = Business Customers
Is it that easy?

It’s an alluring proposition.  Set up a lunch spot located in the heart of an office or industrial area, within walking distance of hundreds of customers.  To make it even sweeter, there are hundreds more customers visiting your customers…all of them hungry.  Oh yeah, this should be a slam dunk.

Don’t put a downpayment on that beachfront mansion just yet. Whether the concept is a deli, “quick casual” café or full-service restaurant, being surrounded by business customers does not automatically translate to stellar sales.  The characteristics of business customers create particular marketing challenges as well as advantages.  For examples and full article, click here.
