Our Money Back Guaranteed 3 Month Trial is an optional one-time start up program. Here's how it works:
- You sign up for PromoMail or NewsMail service on a month-to-month basis. You will be charged a one-time set up fee, then service fees will be billed or charged to you monthly.
- Table by the Window monitors the performance of your email messages, specifically tracking # of emails opened and # of clicks.
- Using formulas based on National Restaurant Association industry averages, Table by the Window will report to you the monthly increase in sales caused by the email campaign. For formula, please email us at newaccounts@tablebythewindow.com, or call 800.846.5816 x103.
- If our services HAVE resulted in a monthly sales increase (at gross profit margin) equal to or greater than your monthly service fee, we will gladly welcome you to the family of satisfied Table by the Window clients! Your account will automatically switch to a regular new account agreement, and your personally-assigned Client Services Representative will create a new 6 month promotional schedule for you.
- By 3 months, if our services have NOT resulted in a monthly increase in sales (at gross profit margin) equal to or greater than your monthly service fee, Table by the Window will fully refund your 3 months of paid service fees. You keep the list of email addresses collected during your trial period!
